S&A Construction, with 35+ years of delivering hospitality, commercial, and civil projects across Ireland, needed professional marketing materials that reflected their reputation for excellence. Their existing collateral failed to communicate their key differentiators—direct employees, own equipment, and live environment expertise—in a way that resonated with hotel owners, healthcare facilities, and commercial clients.
We designed a comprehensive 20-page brochure that positions S&A as Ireland's trusted construction partner. Clean layouts showcase their premium project portfolio—from Hotel Kilmore to Millbury Nursing Home—while professional typography and strategic use of their navy and gold brand colors convey quality and reliability. The brochure balances credibility-building content (leadership team, safety record, certifications) with visual storytelling through high-quality project photography. Clear section divisions guide readers from company overview through service capabilities to featured projects, helping S&A communicate 35 years of proven expertise to decision-makers. Currently in progress: Full website rebuild with modern design, CRO-optimized copywriting, and mobile-responsive development using the established brand identity from the brochure.
