The East London Technology Company, led by Director Adam Razaa, delivers custom software systems, websites, and IT support to SMEs, construction firms, and housing providers across London. The company had strong technical delivery but no professional collateral to match. There was no unified document system, no leave-behind materials for client meetings, and no consistent visual identity across their business documents. For a company pitching bespoke software projects worth five and six figures to operations directors and business owners, the lack of polished, branded materials was costing them credibility before the conversation even started.
We designed a complete brand collateral system built around a dark, premium visual identity — dark backgrounds, gold accent colour, and clean typographic hierarchy — that positions TELTC as a serious, no-nonsense technology partner. The system spans seven core documents, all sharing the same design language so every touchpoint feels like the same company. The 24-page proposal builds trust progressively from cover letter through case study to pricing, the 12-page pricing guide lets prospects self-select across tiered service packages, the contract and project scope carry the same visual system into legal territory with structured clause layouts and considered signature pages, and the A4 tri-fold leaflet distils six services and six differentiators into a single leave-behind for local distribution — completed by a minimal dark business card with the crest logo and gold name treatment.
